After enough shows, tours, and one-off activations, you figure out what actually matters and what's just noise. Pre-Production: Before Anyone Touches a Case

The show gets won or lost before the crew even shows up. Venue advance is where most disasters get prevented. You need to know power availability, internet backup options, cellular coverage in the area, and where the artist or talent will actually be standing versus where the rider says they'll be standing. Those two things are rarely the same.
